Questions about pricing
What is an agreement?
An agreement is one connected account in the system, for example one set of books, one Search Console account or one HubSpot portal. If you have more than one, an administrator adds an extra agreement, which gets its own address in your AI assistant.
What is a company in Consile Studio?
It is the business an agreement’s data belongs to, for example your own company or an agency’s client. A company can have 1 agreement per system, so Shopify and HubSpot CMS for the same company count as 1. If you run 20 clients’ HubSpot portals, that is at least 20 companies. The first company is included in the price, and each extra one costs DKK 349 or EUR 45/month.
Can several colleagues use the same connector?
Yes. An extra user costs half the connector’s price, and an administrator chooses which tools each user gets. The price is the same whatever you choose, and a user can use all of the connector’s agreements. In Consile Studio, an extra user costs DKK 174.50 or EUR 22.50/month, and the license covers every system.
When does Consile Studio pay off?
When you use several systems. With Shopify and HubSpot CMS for 1 user, you pay DKK 648/month for the single systems and DKK 349/month in Consile Studio. With only HubSpot CMS and 1 user, DKK 299/month is cheapest. Buying on its own is also cheapest when you have many agreements in one system: 20 HubSpot portals with 1 user cost DKK 3,139.50/month as a single system and DKK 6,980/month in Consile Studio. You are not moved automatically, and the portal shows both amounts before you switch.
Who gets the free edition?
A brand new organization gets it automatically once the first user has accepted the terms in the portal. Calls to systems you buy on their own do not count toward the 100. When the 100 calls are used, the next ones are refused for the rest of the month, and nothing is changed.
What happens after the 7 free days?
When the trial ends, the first payment is charged to the card you have registered. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged. Connectors you buy on their own come with 7 free days each time you buy one. Consile Studio only comes with the 7 free days if your organization has never paid Consile for anything.
Can we pay in euros?
Yes. Consile Studio and most systems can be paid in euros. CVR, Billy, Ordrestyring and Business Central only have a price in DKK and are paid in DKK. Consile Studio includes every system, also when you pay in euros.
Do we also pay for the AI assistant?
You subscribe to the AI assistant itself through its provider. With Consile, you pay for the systems you buy or for Consile Studio.
Can we cancel?
Yes. There is no commitment. An administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period. The free edition costs nothing and cannot be cancelled, but an administrator can delete the account.
