See every call. Approve what changes data.

How an approval works

  1. A tool requires approval.

The administrator has turned on “Requires approval” for all tools that write. The marketing manager asks the assistant to raise an ad budget in the chat.

Example

Every call on one list.

Activity

The activity log shows every attempt to use a tool: in the catalog, in extra agreements, in custom connectors and from bots. It shows who, which tool in which system, when, how it went and how long it took. Only administrators can see it, it is kept for 90 days, and it can be downloaded as a CSV.

Example

A human says yes before it happens.

Approvals

Turn on “Requires approval” for one tool, or in one go for every tool that changes or deletes data. The call waits, the administrators see it in the portal and get an email, and the assistant is told that nothing has been done yet.

Example

A bot stays within its limits.

Bots

Only administrators can create and control bots. Status, key and limits are in one place. The key is shown only once and can be renewed and revoked, the limits of 30 calls per minute and 1,000 per day can only be lowered, and you can see when the same key calls from 2 places. The call log shows 30 days of tool and outcome.

Access

For each person and each connector, an administrator chooses None, All tools or Custom, and in e-conomic and Uniconta also Read only or Full access. The access overview on Team shows people and bots against your connectors with the level in each cell. If you remove a person from Team, that person’s custom connectors are deactivated and their bots are paused.

If a login can see several companies, for example in Dinero or Meta Ads, an administrator can lock the connection to one of them. Every call then stays with that company, and your AI assistant cannot reach the others.

The rules for an approval.

A few seconds
If an administrator approves within a few seconds, the original call is carried out in the same answer.
Exactly that call
A yes covers the same person, the same values and the same connection, and 2 identical calls become one request. Or approve the person and the tool on that agreement for 1, 4 or 8 hours.
A note with the answer
A yes or a no can include a short note, which the assistant receives. A bot never gets the note.
48 hours
A request expires after 48 hours, and each person can have at most 20 pending.
No exceptions
Administrators are not exempt from their own rules, and bots wait the same way.
Nothing when in doubt
If something cannot be decided, nothing happens. Every decision stays in the history for 90 days.

What you can count on

We never store what the assistant read or wrote. The log says who called what, when and how it went.

A tool that requires approval is not carried out until an administrator has said yes.

Approvals and the activity log are included for every customer, even with just one system.

Questions about governance

What does governance mean?

The rules for what your AI assistant may do, and the proof of what it did. At Consile, that is the access levels on Team, the company lock, the approvals, the activity log and bot controls.

Who gets governance?

Every customer. Access levels, company lock, approvals and the activity log are included, even if you have bought just one system. You build AI bots in Studio.

Who can see the activity log?

Administrators only. It shows every attempt to use a tool for 90 days and can be downloaded as a CSV.

What do you store?

We never store what the assistant read or wrote. The log holds who, tool, system, agreement, time, outcome and duration. For an approval, we only store a fingerprint that can recognize exactly the same call.

How is the administrator notified?

With a count on the Approvals tab in the portal and an email. The approval itself happens in the portal.

What happens if nobody answers?

The request expires after 48 hours, and nothing is carried out. If the assistant tries again later, the call waits for a new approval.

Do the rules also apply to administrators?

Yes. An administrator is not exempt from their own rules.

Can a bot wait for an approval?

Yes. It waits the same way and is told that trying again will not help. On the bot’s page, the call is shown as pending.

Can we lock a connection to one company?

Yes, in Google Search Console, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Dinero and Business Central. An administrator chooses the company, and then every call stays with it, and your AI assistant cannot reach the others.
