When an email is to be sent, changed live or archived, you see a preview first, and nothing happens in HubSpot until you have said yes. Sending, changes to the live email, archiving and restoring are shown as a preview first and carried out once you have said yes. Drafts, clones and A/B variants are made right away, and a draft is never sent.

  • Drafts

    Create a new email as a draft, or edit the draft of an email: name, subject, language, sender name, reply-to address and recipient lists. The live email is not touched.

  • Clones and A/B variants

    Clone an email to a new draft with a new name and language, or create an A/B variant, which is also a draft.

  • Send and cancel

    Send an email to the lists and at the time already set on the email, or cancel a scheduled send. Both need your yes.

  • Edit, archive and restore

    Edit the live email, archive an email, reset a draft or restore an earlier version. All of this needs your yes.

The email’s content in HubSpot’s editor, excluded lists and the send time are set by you in HubSpot. The assistant cannot look up contact lists, campaigns or folders, and the statistics are aggregated, not per recipient. Sending requires Marketing Hub Enterprise or the transactional email add-on.

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds HubSpot Marketing Email in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect HubSpot

    Click Connect access in the portal, log in with HubSpot, and approve the Consile HubSpot Marketing Email app. The portal must be on Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise.

  3. 03 Choose access

    Give colleagues access under Team, and choose all tools or exactly the tools each person needs.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in, for example, Claude or ChatGPT.

Questions about HubSpot Marketing Email

Can the assistant change anything in our HubSpot?

Yes, but only your marketing emails. Drafts, clones and A/B variants are made without confirmation, because a draft is never sent to a list. Sending an email, cancelling a send, changing the live email, archiving it, resetting a draft or restoring an earlier version needs your yes. The preview only shows which email will be sent, so ask the assistant to show recipient lists and send time before you say yes.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. For each employee, an administrator chooses under Team: no access, all tools or custom, where you pick exactly the tools that person needs, for example only the draft tools and not the one that sends. An administrator can also turn each tool off for the whole company, and new tools stay off until you activate them yourselves. The price is the same whatever you choose.

Who needs to connect HubSpot?

A person who can log in to a HubSpot user with access to the portal. They click Connect access in the Consile portal and approve the Consile HubSpot Marketing Email app. The portal must be on Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise, and sending requires Enterprise or the transactional email add-on. The connection applies to the whole company, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

Does it work with several HubSpot portals?

No. You connect 1 HubSpot portal per subscription, and the connector cannot get an extra portal. If you connect again and choose another portal, the new connection replaces the old one.

What does it cost?

DKK 149/month (approx. EUR 20) excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 HubSpot portal. Each extra user costs DKK 74.50/month (approx. EUR 10). Billing is in DKK. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Disconnect in the portal, and Consile’s stored access is deleted immediately. Also uninstall the Consile HubSpot Marketing Email app under Connected Apps in HubSpot, so the access is gone there too. To stop payment as well, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
