Questions about pricing
What is a portal?
A portal is one connected account in the system, for example one set of books, one Search Console account or one HubSpot portal. If you have more than one, an administrator adds an extra portal, which gets its own address in your AI assistant.
Can several colleagues use the same connector?
Yes. An extra user costs half the connector’s price, and an administrator chooses which tools each user gets. The price is the same whatever you choose, and a user can use all of the connector’s portals.
What happens after the 7 free days?
When the trial ends, the first payment is charged to the card you have registered. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged.
Can we pay in euros?
Yes, for most connectors. CVR, Billy, Ordrestyring and Business Central are billed in DKK only.
Do we also pay for the AI assistant?
You subscribe to the AI assistant itself through its provider. With Consile, you pay for the connector.
Can we cancel?
Yes. There is no commitment. An administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
