Read access by default
Your AI reads your numbers; it does not change them. If a tool can write or change something, it always requires your explicit confirmation every time.
You control access
Access is granted via OAuth, on a system-by-system basis. We never see your passwords, and you can revoke access at any time—directly within each system.
We never train on your data
Your data is collected to answer your question and is not used to train AI models—neither our own nor those of others.
Hosted and processed in the EU
All processing takes place on servers in the EU, in accordance with the GDPR. Your data is not transferred to third countries as part of the service.
Data Processing Agreement in Place
We enter into a DPA with all customers as part of the setup process, so responsibility for your data is documented from day one.

Can the AI change or delete anything in my systems?+
Not without you. Access is read-only by default, and any tools that can make changes require your explicit confirmation for each action.
Where is my data processed?+
In the EU. Data processing takes place on European servers subject to the GDPR, and your data processing agreement documents how this is done.
Do you use my data to train AI?+
No. Your data is collected to answer your specific question and is never used to train models—neither our own nor those of third parties.
How do I revoke access?+
Access is granted via OAuth in each individual system. You can revoke it at any time, either within the system itself or from your Consile account, and all access will be immediately revoked.
Can you see my passwords?+
No. OAuth means that you log in directly to the system (e.g., e-conomic), which then provides us with a limited access key. You never share your password with us.
Do you need a data processing agreement?
The DPA is included as part of the setup. Please contact us if you would like to review it before getting started or if you have any questions from your DPO or auditor.
