How a bot works.

Example: The bot Stock Watch runs every morning at 7 on your bot platform. It uses its own custom connector, Stock check, for Holm & Larsen ApS only, with its own key. It may only read stock per variant in Shopify. It sends: 3 variants are almost sold out. The lowest is Linen shirt, size M, with 2 left.

Team

Give each person None, All tools or Custom per system, and with Custom pick exactly the tools that person gets. Leave out the tools that write, and Consile rejects every write for that person on the server.

Bots sit on Team next to your employees, and the access overview shows who can change data in each system. The activity log can be downloaded as a CSV for your auditor.

Questions about Studio

Can a custom connector see several companies’ data?

No. One custom connector, one company. It can span several systems but never mix companies. You choose the company first, and it cannot be changed later. Accountants usually set up each client as a customer in Studio.

Can we change the type later?

No. You choose AI assistant or AI bot when you create the connector, and the type cannot be changed later.

What is a company?

Your own books or a named client, not a connection. A client with both accounting and an online store is one company and can have one agreement per system. If you have several agreements in the same system, each of them counts as a company.

What does Consile Studio cost?

DKK 349 or EUR 45 a month for the first user and first company, with all 13 systems. Each extra user costs DKK 174.50 or EUR 22.50, each extra company DKK 349 or EUR 45, and each extra custom connector DKK 49 or EUR 6.50. All prices exclude VAT. The first 7 days are free if your organization has not paid us before.

Who sees the connector’s name?

Your own people in Studio and on Team. Your AI assistant also receives the name and the client’s name, so it knows what the connector is for. The client sees nothing from Studio.

What do you store?

We never store what the assistant read or wrote. The activity log shows who used which tool, when and how it went, and a bot’s call log is kept for 30 days.

What keeps companies apart?

A custom connector belongs to one company and only uses its own agreements, plus tools with public data. Every call is checked for access to the system, license, access level, company lock and approval before we fetch the credentials for the system. Your credentials are encrypted with a key that only applies to your organization, and a key is never logged.

What if one login covers several clients?

In Business Central, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Search Console, an administrator can lock the connection to one company. Every call then stays with that company, and the connection can belong to a client in Studio.

How many custom connectors can we create?

With Consile Studio: 3 per paid user and 3 per company beyond the first, assistants and bots combined. A user’s 3 are personal and cannot be borrowed, and the companies’ connectors share one pool. Each extra one costs DKK 49 or EUR 6.50 a month, only an administrator can buy it, and the price is shown before you create it.

We already have systems from the catalog. Do we get Studio?

Yes. You get 1 custom connector in Studio for the whole organization. For more, all 13 systems and more companies, you switch to Consile Studio. We do not move you automatically, and the portal shows both amounts before you switch.

What happens when we deactivate a connector?

It keeps its name, tools, shares and address, and the address replies that it is deactivated. A deactivated connector does not count towards the included ones. Whoever reactivates it becomes its owner, and if it costs extra, the portal shows the price first.

What happens when a colleague leaves?

If an administrator removes a person from Team, that person’s custom connectors are deactivated, their bots are paused and shares with them are removed. A colleague with room can reactivate the connectors left behind and becomes their owner.

Can the price run up?

No. No usage-based billing. The price depends only on users, companies and custom connectors, and you see the price before you add anything. Consile Studio has no cap on calls, but fair use applies.

What do we get in the free edition?

A brand-new organization gets it automatically the first time after accepting the terms: 1 user, 1 custom connector in Studio and 100 calls a month for the whole organization, with every system except CVR. Calls to a system you have bought on its own do not count towards the 100. Organizations that have already bought from us keep what they have.
