edit drafts and publish

Drafts are created and edited right away, without changing the live website. Publishing or discarding a HubDB draft is shown as a preview first and carried out once you have said yes.

  • Pages

    Create a new page as a draft, and edit name, slug, SEO title and meta description in the draft. That happens right away. The live page only changes once you have said yes to publishing.

    Create a post as a draft, and edit title, slug, body text and SEO in the draft. That happens right away. The live post only changes once you have said yes to publishing.

    Create and edit rows in the draft of an existing table. They only reach the website once you have said yes to publishing the table. The assistant cannot read the rows in the draft, so check them in HubSpot before you say yes.

    Publish the changes on a page, a blog post or a HubDB table, or discard a HubDB draft. All of this needs your yes.

The assistant cannot delete or archive pages, posts or HubDB rows. It cannot edit text and modules on a page, set tags, author or featured image on a post, or create HubDB tables and columns. A brand new page is published for the first time in HubSpot.

How to get started

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds HubSpot CMS in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect HubSpot

    Click Connect access, log in with HubSpot, and approve the Consile HubSpot CMS app for the HubSpot portal you want to connect. It must be on CMS Hub, Content Hub or Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise.

  3. 03 Choose access

    Give colleagues access under Team, and choose all tools or exactly the tools each person needs.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in, for example, Claude or ChatGPT.

  5. 05 Ask the first question

    For example, which landing pages have an unpublished draft.

Questions about HubSpot CMS

Can the assistant change anything on our website?

It can create and edit drafts, and that happens right away. New pages and blog posts are created as drafts, and edits to pages, posts and HubDB rows land in the draft, so the live website does not change. Publishing a page, a post or a HubDB table, and discarding a HubDB draft, need your yes. The assistant cannot delete or archive anything.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. For each employee, an administrator chooses under Team: no access, all tools or custom, where you pick exactly the tools that person needs, for example only the ones that read. An administrator can also turn each tool off for the whole company, and new tools stay off until you activate them yourselves. The price is the same whatever you choose.

What do we need to connect?

A HubSpot portal on CMS Hub, Content Hub or Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise, and a person who can log in to it with their HubSpot user. They click Connect access in the Consile portal and approve the Consile HubSpot CMS app. The connection applies to the whole company, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

Does it work with several HubSpot portals?

Yes. An administrator adds an extra HubSpot portal for DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20), and you connect it separately. Each portal gets its own address in your AI assistant. An employee’s access applies to all the portals, so you do not pay per user per portal.

What does it cost?

DKK 299/month (approx. EUR 40) excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 HubSpot portal. Each extra user or portal costs DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). Billing is in DKK. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Disconnect in the Consile portal, and Consile’s stored access to your first HubSpot portal is deleted immediately. An administrator removes extra portals with Remove. To revoke the access at HubSpot as well, uninstall the Consile HubSpot CMS app there. To stop payment, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
