The assistant cannot book, create, change or send anything in Dinero. Only organizations on Dinero Pro can be read.

How to get started

5 steps from account to first answer, without code or consultants.

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds Dinero in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect Dinero

    Log in through Visma Connect with a login that has Dinero Pro, and approve Consile’s read access.

  3. 03 Choose access

    Give colleagues access under Team, and choose all tools or exactly the tools each person needs.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in, for example, Claude or ChatGPT.

  5. 05 Ask the first question

    For example, which invoices are overdue right now.

Questions about Dinero

Can the assistant change anything in Dinero?

No. All 52 tools are read only. Consile only asks Visma for read access and rejects the connection if the approval grants write access. So the assistant cannot book, create, change or send anything in Dinero.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. Under Team, an administrator chooses None, All tools or Custom for each employee. With Custom, you pick exactly the tools that person needs. An administrator can also turn tools off for everyone on the connector’s page, and new tools stay off until you activate them yourselves. The price is the same whatever you choose.

What do we need to connect?

A Visma login with access to the organization you want to connect, and the organization must have Dinero Pro. Organizations without Dinero Pro cannot be read. Both administrators and members can connect, and the connection applies to the whole company, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

Does it work with several organizations?

Yes. The connection covers all the organizations your Visma login can see, and the assistant picks the right one for each question. If you also need another Visma login, an administrator adds an extra portal for DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). It gets its own address in your AI assistant.

What does it cost?

DKK 299/month (approx. EUR 40) excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 Visma login. Each extra user or Visma login costs DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). Billing is in DKK. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Disconnect in the portal, and Consile’s stored access to Dinero is deleted immediately. To stop payment too, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period. You can also revoke the Consile app in the settings for your Visma account.
