If you have several accounts in Ordrestyring, you connect each account with its own API key. Each account gets its own address in your AI assistant, and an employee with access can use them all.

  • Jobs and status

    Jobs with status, job type, customer, technician and quote total, most recently updated first. And a single job with its main job and sub-jobs.

  • Find a job

    Search by job number, description or customer name. The search covers the most recently updated jobs, 600 by default.

  • Economics per job

    Expected contribution margin, revenue, and hours and materials at cost and sales price for the whole job. For a period: number of time entries with total cost and sales invoices with amounts.

  • Free queries

    If you need more than the fixed tools show, for example the employee or hour type on an entry, the assistant can try to fetch it directly from Ordrestyring’s API. Write requests are rejected.

The assistant cannot create, change or delete anything in Ordrestyring. Time entries give you a count and a cost, not the number of hours or the employee. Ordrestyring does not state the unit the amounts are delivered in, so compare one job you know against Ordrestyring before reading the amounts as kroner.

How to get started

5 steps from account to first answer, without code or consultants.

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds Ordrestyring in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect Ordrestyring

    Ask Ordrestyring’s support for your API key, and paste it into the portal. Consile stores it encrypted.

  3. 03 Choose access

    Give colleagues access under Team, and choose all tools or exactly the ones each person needs.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in, for example, Claude or ChatGPT.

  5. 05 Ask the first question

    For example, ask which jobs were updated most recently. That tells you the key works.

Questions about Ordrestyring

Can the assistant change anything in Ordrestyring?

No. All 9 tools read. The API key gives access to the whole account in Ordrestyring, but Consile rejects every write request before it is sent. That also applies to the free-query tool. That is also why there is nothing to approve.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. Under Team, an administrator chooses None, All tools or Custom for each employee. With Custom, you pick exactly the tools that person needs. An administrator can also turn tools off for everyone on the connector’s page, and new tools stay off until you activate them yourselves. The price is the same whatever you choose.

What do we need to connect?

An API key from Ordrestyring’s support. It is issued to the administrator who owns the account in Ordrestyring, and support needs your account number, shown in the top right corner in Ordrestyring. Paste the key into the portal, where Consile stores it encrypted, and your AI assistant never sees it. The connection applies to the whole company, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

Does it work with several accounts in Ordrestyring?

Yes. An API key belongs to one account, so each extra account gets its own portal, its own key and its own address in your AI assistant. An administrator adds an extra portal for DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). An employee with access can use them all.

What does it cost?

DKK 299/month (approx. EUR 40) excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 account. Each extra user or account costs DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). Ordrestyring is billed in DKK only. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Disconnect the connector in the portal, and Consile deletes the stored key immediately. The key does not expire on its own, so ask Ordrestyring’s support to block or replace it if it is no longer needed. To stop payment, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
