In e-conomic, invoices are only created as drafts, and in Uniconta new lines land unbooked in the daybook. Every write is shown as a preview first and carried out once someone has approved it. Dinero, Billy and Business Central are read only.

Questions from accounting firms

Can we connect all our clients’ books?

Yes. In e-conomic, Uniconta and Billy, each client is added as an extra portal at DKK 149.50/month. Each portal gets its own address in your AI assistant. In Dinero, one connection covers all the Dinero Pro organizations your Visma login can see.

Who needs to connect each agreement?

In e-conomic, you approve the Consile app as Superuser on the client’s agreement. Both administrators and members in Consile can connect, but only an administrator can add an extra portal.

Can we control what each employee is allowed to do?

Yes. An administrator chooses per employee and per connector: None, All tools or Custom, where you pick exactly the tools that person needs. In e-conomic and Uniconta you can also choose Read only or Full access. The access applies to all of the connector’s portals, and the price is the same whatever you choose.

What happens when the assistant creates an invoice?

In e-conomic it becomes a draft that you book and send yourselves in e-conomic. Without your confirmation you only get a preview, and nothing is changed.

What does it cost with many clients?

e-conomic costs DKK 299/month for 1 user and 1 agreement. Each extra client agreement and each extra employee costs DKK 149.50/month. With 10 client agreements and 2 employees, 9 agreements and 1 employee are extra: DKK 299 plus 10 times DKK 149.50, a total of DKK 1,794/month excl. VAT.
