Nothing changes in Billy

The connector can only read.

All 17 tools are read only. No tool creates, changes or deletes anything, so the assistant cannot book or send anything in Billy. An administrator chooses whether each employee gets all tools or only selected ones.

Several companies, one assistant

Each company is its own connection.

If you have several companies in Billy, you connect each one separately with its own access token. Each company gets its own address in your AI assistant, and an employee with access can use them all.

    Sales invoices with lines, customer and PDF link, filtered by paid or unpaid, customer and period. Plus the bank payments that settled them.

The assistant cannot create, change, delete, book or send anything in Billy. Large extracts are split up: a lookup returns 50 rows by default, so it helps to narrow it down by customer, account or period.

How to get started

5 steps from account to first answer, without code or consultants.

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds Billy in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect Billy

    Create an access token under Access tokens in Billy’s settings, and paste it into the portal.

  3. 03 Choose access

    Give colleagues access under Team, and choose all tools or exactly the ones each person needs.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in, for example, Claude or ChatGPT.

  5. 05 Ask the first question

    For example, ask which company the assistant is connected to. That tells you the token works.

Questions about Billy

Can the assistant change anything in Billy?

No. All 17 tools are read only. The connector has no tool that creates, changes or deletes anything, so it cannot book, create or send anything in Billy. That is also why there is nothing to approve.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. An administrator gives access per employee under Team: all tools, or Custom with exactly the tools that person needs. The price is the same. Each tool can also be turned off for everyone on the connector’s page, and new tools stay off until you activate them yourselves.

What do we need to connect?

A Billy user with access to the company. Create an access token under Access tokens in Billy’s settings, and paste it into the portal. Consile stores it encrypted, and your AI assistant never sees it. The connection applies to the whole company, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

Does it work with several companies in Billy?

Yes. An access token belongs to one company, so each extra company gets its own portal, its own token and its own address in your AI assistant. An administrator adds an extra portal for DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). An employee with access can use them all.

What does it cost?

DKK 299/month (approx. EUR 40) excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 company. Each extra user or company costs DKK 149.50/month (approx. EUR 20). The Billy connector is billed in DKK only. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Disconnect the connector in the portal, and Consile deletes the stored token immediately. Delete the token in Billy as well, because it does not expire on its own. To stop payment, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
