Straight from SharePoint and OneDrive

Ask for a file, a folder or a row in a SharePoint list. The assistant searches across sites and OneDrive, reads the content and tells you who last changed what.

The connector only asks for Microsoft’s own read permissions for sites and files, so the connection cannot write, not even outside Consile. No content is stored at Consile. An administrator chooses which tools each employee gets.

The assistant sees the sites, document libraries and lists the connected user has access to, and the user’s own OneDrive. Colleagues you give access use the same connection. If you have several Microsoft tenants, an administrator adds an extra agreement with its own address.

    Find sites by name, look up a site from a link, and see the sites the user follows and the subsites under a site.

    Browse folders in document libraries and OneDrive, search by name and content, and see size, type and who last changed a file.

The assistant cannot create, change, move or delete files, folders or list rows. Text files are read as text. Word, PDF and image files are fetched as files, not as text, and files above 5 MB are not fetched.

How to get started

  1. 01 Buy the connector

    An administrator adds SharePoint in the Consile portal. The first 7 days are free.

  2. 02 Connect SharePoint

    Log in with your Microsoft 365 work account, and approve Consile with Microsoft. In most companies, a Microsoft 365 administrator has to approve the first time.

  3. 03 Choose access

    An administrator chooses exactly the tools each person gets, themselves included.

  4. 04 Add it to your AI assistant

    Add the address from the portal as a connector in your AI assistant.

  5. 05 Ask the first question

    For example, ask which sites you follow. That shows you what the assistant can read.

Questions about SharePoint

Can the assistant change anything in SharePoint?

No. The connector only asks for Microsoft’s read permissions for sites and files (Sites.Read.All and Files.Read.All), and Consile only sends read requests. It cannot create, change, move or delete anything. Content reaches the assistant only while a lookup runs, and nothing is stored at Consile.

Can we choose which tools an employee gets?

Yes. Under Team, an administrator chooses None, All tools or Custom for each employee. With Custom, you pick exactly the tools that person needs. The price is the same whatever you choose. New tools stay off until an administrator activates them on the connector’s page.

What do we need to connect?

Microsoft 365 with SharePoint or OneDrive for Business and a work or school account. The first time, a Microsoft 365 administrator usually has to approve Consile for the whole organization. That happens when the administrator clicks Connect in the Consile portal and ticks Consent on behalf of your organization, or when the administrator approves your request in Microsoft Entra. The connection applies to the whole organization, so colleagues do not need to connect again.

What can the assistant see?

The same as the connected user: the sites, document libraries and lists the user has access to, and the user’s own OneDrive. Colleagues you give access in Consile use the same connection, so connect with a user whose access fits the people who will use the assistant. If you have several Microsoft tenants, an administrator adds an extra agreement for DKK 149.50/month (or EUR 19.50).

What does it cost?

DKK 299/month excl. VAT for 1 user and 1 Microsoft tenant. Each extra user or extra agreement costs DKK 149.50/month. If you pay in euros, the price is EUR 39/month and EUR 19.50 for each extra user or agreement. The first 7 days are free, and there is no commitment.

Can we cancel?

Yes. An administrator disconnects in the portal, and the stored access is deleted immediately. Consile cannot revoke the approval with Microsoft, so your Microsoft administrator removes it under Enterprise apps in the Microsoft Entra admin center. To also stop payment, an administrator cancels the subscription, which then runs to the end of the period.
